Blazin’ trails Highking club season 2024

It’s time to blaze some trails! The Cannacticut Highking Club is entering its 3rd season. And this time we kinda of have our shit together lol. Below is the list of the 7 highkes (in no specific order) we’ll hit this season. You’ll see we’ll be all over the state. So when we’re in your neck of the woods please come say high! The season starts in April and runs to October. We’ll be hosting 1 highke a month, and announcing which location and date/time at the beginning of the month here on IG and on Cannacticut.com.

Our Trail Master Generals are @beach_kitten and @terpenefinder feel free to give them a follow and ask any club related questions you may have.

We’re be looking for scout leaders, people who have walked these particular woods before, at each of the 7 locations. Drop a boot in the comments with which park(s) you’ve highked.

This year we’ll be raffling off a branded Cannacticut highking backpack 🎒 at the end of the season, and selling tickets to win on each trek. The backpack will be filled with goodies from our sponsors. Also look out for a new Highking Club T-shirt dropping soon. A limited number are being made so get them when you can.

Speaking of sponsors, we’re looking for 5 local legacy businesses that’d want to donate 🌲🌲🌲 our intrepid groups of highkers. Sponsors would be responsible for 1 or 2 highkes this season. We typically have anywhere from 15-30 people show up for each outing. Sponsors logos will be featured on the new Highking Club t-shirt.

We look forward to another amazing season in the woods of CT with the Cannacticut Highking Club. The first highke will take place in April at Hedghog Trail, stay tuned for the specific date and time.

We’ve been lost, but we haven’t lost a person yet.

And for that reason alone we’ll keep bringing trees to the woods!
